What the plans include
The discount is on the plan, so it covers everything in it. These are the parts of Team and Business that people actually buy the senior tiers for.
Proposals and estimates on both tiers
Team carries 50 proposal sends a month and Business has no cap. Both reach every one of the 40+ proposal templates, the content library for sections you reuse, and e-signature so an approved proposal is signed rather than agreed over email.
The estimate builder is on both tiers. Price the work, let the client accept or decline the optional lines, and convert the approved estimate to an invoice without retyping the totals into a second document. Both tiers also reach every invoice template, so what the client receives matches the rest of your work.
Where Team and Business separate
Team holds 5 business profiles and Business holds 10. Each keeps its own customers, documents, payment methods and books, so a side venture never shows up in the main company's profit and loss. They all sit under one login, with one bill.
Team includes 2 seats and Business includes 3. Extra people are $5 a month each, added when you need them. Everyone works in the same account with the role you give them, rather than sharing one set of credentials between you.
Getting paid and keeping the books
PayPal, Stripe, Razorpay, Square, Payoneer, Braintree, Authorize.net, Airwallex, GoCardless, PayFast, PayTabs, Telr, PhonePe and M-Pesa are all available on Team and Business. Connect the ones your customers use, and let a client pay a deposit now and the balance later where the job runs that way.
