From setup to paid
Connect your Braintree account once and every invoice can offer it. Each payment is confirmed with Braintree before it reaches your books.
Each business profile uses its own Braintree account, in Live or Sandbox mode.
Enter your merchant ID, public key, private key and tokenization key, add a merchant account ID if you use one, then choose Live or Sandbox. The private key is saved securely and never shown again.
Customers pay into your own Braintree account, on your existing Braintree pricing. Availability depends on your Braintree account and region.
Customers see only the payment options that suit their invoice.
Your customer opens the invoice, chooses Pay Using Braintree and enters card details in Braintree's secure hosted fields. The transaction is confirmed with Braintree and applied to that invoice.
Bill recurring customers through Braintree subscriptions, matched to your merchant account and plan. Each renewal is checked with Braintree before it's recorded.
An invoice is marked paid once Braintree confirms the payment.

Yes. Choose Refund on the invoice, from the invoice list, the editor or Manage Payments, then pick Refund it to the customer via Braintree. The refund is booked once Braintree confirms it. Refunds from the invoice cover one-time payments made on the invoice page.
