ShareASale approves you first. Once that lands, the Invoice Crowd review begins and usually takes another two to three business days.

ShareASale issues a link that is yours alone. Put it in a post, a video description, a newsletter or a course.

A referral starts a trial
Anyone who clicks and begins a trial within 60 days stays attributed to you, right through to the subscription they pay for.

Commission locks, then pays
A sale made on 1 June locks for payment on 5 July and lands in your ShareASale payout on 20 July, so expect roughly a seven-week gap between the referral and the money.

Every paid subscription your link brings in earns up to 30%, reported on your ShareASale dashboard in real time.

A click stays credited to you for 60 days, so a slow decision still counts as your referral.

$50 payout threshold
ShareASale releases payment once your balance across all their programs reaches $50, on the 20th each month.

35-day locking period
Transactions hold for 35 days before payout. Invoice Crowd can invalidate a lead or sale inside that window.

How much does the Invoice Crowd affiliate program pay?
Up to 30% per paid subscription. Lead and sale commissions appear in real time on your ShareASale report dashboard, which is the record of what you have earned. If you need the rate confirmed for a particular plan before you promote it, ask our partner support team.
How long does approval take?
If you are already an approved ShareASale affiliate, the Invoice Crowd application is processed within one to two business days. If you are not, ShareASale reviews you first and our review starts once they approve, which usually adds two to three business days.
What happens if ShareASale turns my application down?
We never see it. A rejection at the network stage means the application does not reach us, so there is nothing on our side to reconsider. ShareASale handles appeals directly, through the support contact inside your ShareASale account.
What counts as a valid referral?
A free trial user who signed up on their own, lives in an eligible country and gave accurate, complete details. We can invalidate a lead or sale within 35 days of it being generated, and a pattern of spam ends the relationship without notice.
When do I actually get paid?
ShareASale pays on the 20th of each month, once your balance across all the programs you run with them reaches $50. Invoice Crowd transactions carry a 35-day lock first, so a commission earned on June 1 clears on July 5 and pays on July 20.
Who can join?
The program is open to anyone, whether you write, make videos, run a newsletter or work as a marketer. There is no audience size to clear. Approval runs through ShareASale, and if you cannot find the application link, contact us and we will send it.
